Aanpassingen bij het lab van ATAL

Bij de laboratoria van ATAL kan je niet meer zonder afspraak terecht.

Dringend verzoek van het lab in de Fannius Scholtenstraat om NIET meer zonder afspraak langs te komen, maar altijd een afspraak te maken. Het snelste gaat dat online:

Telefonisch kan ook, maar dan kan het gebeuren dat je heel lang in de wacht staat. Bel het nummer van de patientenlijn (dat staat rechtsboven op het labformulier): 088- 0037705

Voor uw veiligheid en die van anderen, vragen wij u de volgende huisregels in acht te nemen:

• Houd 1,5 meter afstand van elkaar.
• Er mag maximaal één patiënt per prikkamer naar binnen.
• Wij schudden geen handen.
• Kijk tijdens de bloedafname de andere kant op.

Dit geldt voor de gewone locaties, waar je alleen terecht kunt als je GEEN klachten hebt. Naast deze locaties heeft ATAL ook een aantal prikpunten voor mensen met (Corona)klachten. Daar wordt gewerkt in beschermende kleding.

Aanpassingen bij SHO

Bij het laboratorium van SHO (Ite Boeremastraat 1, bij het Echo Centrum) is het NIET nodig om een afspraak te maken. Wel altijd even de openingstijden checken.

Dit zijn de regels bij SHO:

Komt u naar onze locatie, dan vragen wij u:

• het dragen van een mond-neusmasker is verplicht
• kom op tijd, neem maximaal 5 minuten voor de afspraak plaats in de wachtruimte;
• houd minimaal 1,5 meter afstand van andere mensen in de wachtruimte
• kom alleen. Is dit niet mogelijk dan mag uw begeleider alleen mee als hij of zij geen klachten heeft. Bij grote drukte kan uw begeleider gevraagd worden buiten te wachten;
• houd uw identiteitsbewijs (paspoort, identiteitskaart of rijbewijs) bij de hand. Zonder identiteitsbewijs kunnen wij u niet helpen.

Voor een glucosetest (GTT) moet ALTIJD een afspraak worden gemaakt. Dat kan bij SHO NIET online, alleen telefonisch: 088-999 7777

ATAL:

These are the house rules of ATAL:

For your safety and that of others, we ask you to obey the following house rules:

• -Keep 1.5 meters distance.
• -Enter the waiting room alone, unless it is necessary for someone to be with you.
• -One patient a time may enter the room where the blood is drawn
• -We don't shake hands.
• -Look the other way during the blood draw.

This applies to the normal locations, where you can only go if you have NO complaints. In addition to these locations, ATAL also has a number of locations for people with (Corona) complaints. Lab staff will work in protective clothing at these locations.

SHO:

It is NOT necessary to make an appointment at the SHO laboratory (Ite Boeremastraat 1, at the Echo Center). Always check the opening times.

These are the rules at SHO:

If you come to our location, we ask you:

• -wearing a mouth and nose mask is mandatory
• -arrive on time, take a seat in the waiting room no more than 5 minutes before the appointment;
• -keep at least 1.5 meters distance from other people in the waiting area;
• -come alone. If this is not possible, your companion may only come along if he or she has no complaints. When it's busy, your guide may be asked to wait outside;

• -keep your ID (passport, ID card or driver's license) at hand. We cannot help you without proof of identity.
